闭合预应力钢丝绳加固RC梁抗剪性能试验研究

摘    要:提出2种闭合预应力钢丝绳加固RC梁的预应力张拉及锚固方式。进行6个采用闭合预应力钢丝绳加固RC梁的抗剪性能试验,通过对试件破坏形态、荷载-挠度关系曲线、箍筋和钢丝绳应变等试验结果进行分析,研究钢丝绳配绳率、预应力水平和锚固方式等参数对加固梁受剪承载力和变形能力的影响。研究结果表明:提出的2种锚固方式均可有效实现对钢丝绳进行预应力张拉和锚固连接;闭合预应力钢丝绳加固可有效抑制RC梁斜裂缝的发展,改善加固梁破坏形态和变形性能;加固梁的受剪承载力随着配绳率和预应力水平的提高而提高,但预应力水平不宜过大。在试验结果基础上提出闭合预应力钢丝绳加固RC梁的受剪承载力计算模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。

Abstract: Two different types of prestressing and anchoring methods for wire ropes used in shear strengthening of reinforced concrete (RC) beams were proposed. The shear behavior of RC beams strengthened using prestressed wire-rope hoops was investigated by testing six strengthened beams. Test parameters included the wire-rope amount, the prestressing level and anchoring method of wire ropes. The failure modes, load-deflection relationships, stirrup strains and wire-rope strains were analyzed. The results show that the proposed two anchoring methods are effective in prestressing and anchoring of wire ropes; prestressed wire-rope hoops can effectively delay the crack propagation and improve the failure mode and deformation capacity of strengthened beams; the shear capacity is enhanced with the increase of wire-rope amount and prestressing level, and the prestressing level should be moderate. A model to predict the shear capacity of RC beams strengthened using prestressed wire-rope hoops is proposed, and a good agreement is achieved between the computed and experimental results.
