横向磁场对镍基高温合金定向凝固组织的影响董建文1,任忠鸣1,任维丽1,李喜1,李旭1(1.上海市上海大学上海市现代冶金与材料制备重点实验室)摘 要:研究了横向磁场对镍基高温合金DZ417G定向凝固显微组织的影响.在较低生长速率条件下,磁场显著影响合金的枝晶生长和宏观偏析.施加磁场后一次枝晶间距减小并在沿磁场方向试样的左侧出现了"斑状"偏析.随着生长速率的增加,磁场的影响减弱.从磁场在合金熔体中诱发热电磁对流,并影响枝晶生长的角度对实验结果进行了分析.关键词:镍基高温合金; 横向磁场; 定向凝固; ......

Fe-Co-Si-Cu热电材料的输运特性 李伟文1,曹高劭1,朱铁军1,赵新兵1 (1.浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室,浙江,杭州,310027) 摘要:采用真空悬浮熔炼和真空退火方法制备了Fe1-xCoxSi2-0.1at%Cu热电材料.试样的微观组织中包含大量尺寸在1μm左右的小孔和一些裂纹.输运特性测量结果表明,550K时掺杂载流子的热激发达到饱和,700K以上发生本征激发现象.实验发现Co的最佳掺杂量为1at%左右,名义组成为Fe0.97Go0.03Si2-0.1at%Cu的试样的热电性能最好. 关键词:热电材料; 输运特性; 功率因子; 微观组织; thermoelectric materials; transport properties; power factor; microstructure; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
