中、低温颗粒物料余热利用研究

摘 要:通过冷、热态模拟试验,研究了石煤沸腾燃烧锅炉的沉降灰绕流管束的运动及传热规律;确立了竖立灰管式余热锅炉结构,并进行了现场试验。其结果为:沉降灰温由673K降至473K以下,折合沉灰量10t/h时可产生压力3—4kg/cm~2的蒸汽800kg/h。此种余热锅炉热效率可达51—61%。该项研究成果为中、低温颗粒物料的余热利用开拓了新的途径。
Abstract: By means of simulation experiments at cold and hot state, this paper studies flowing and heat transfer behaviour of the subside ashes (fime pcerticles from the fluidized bed combustor for rock coals) moving through tube bundles, and the experiments with hot subside ashes, for finding the optimal tube arrangemeut in the waste heat boiler are made. This work shows: when the subside ashes flow through the boiler at a rate of 10 t/h with initial temperature of about 673k, 800kg of steam with pressure about 3--4kg/cm~2 can be generated each hour, while the temperature of waste ashes being less than 473 k. The heat efficience of this boiler is about 51--61%. This study developes a new way for utilization of residual heat of particle material at middle-low temperature.
