湿式除尘器综合运行参数的影响

摘    要:通过测量不同初始液位b0和不同气流速度v时除尘器的节流液位差Δh、全压损失R和除尘效率η等参数,对节流型自激式水幕除尘器的综合运行参数进行研究。研究结果表明:Δh对气相阻力的增加有抑制作用,Δh-v和R-v关系随b0的不同分别都呈直线和二次曲线关系;节流液位差通过改变含尘气流方向提高惯性碰撞几率,在提高除尘效率方面与速度v有同样重要的作用,除尘效率η随b0减小而增大,同一b0的η随v增大而增大;除尘器在风机叶轮旋转的不平衡惯性力激励下会发生共振。综合考虑共振频率、阻力和除尘效率3个因素,适宜的运行工况是b0=0~34 mm、v=9.22~13.68 m/s,此时除尘效率高达98.6%,全压损失为430~705 Pa。

Abstract: The operation parameters of throttle-type self-excitation dust controller were studied through the measurement of throttle liquid-level difference Δh, total pressure loss R and collection efficiency η on different initial liquid levels b0 and different gas velocities v. The results show that the throttle liquid-level difference protects gas-phase resistance from its increase. The change between Δh and v shows the linear and conic relationship on deferent b0 value, and it is the same as the change between R and v. Throttle liquid-level difference plays the same important role in collection efficiency as gas velocity, because of its change of flow direction increasing the inertial impaction probability. Collection efficiency η increases with the fall of b0 value. Meanwhile, the η value increases with gas velocity with the same b0 value. The dust collector resonance occurs excited by unbalance inertia force of impeller revolving of fan. Under the influence of resonance frequency, pressure loss and collection efficiency the appropriate operating condition of dust controller is that the b0 value is between 0 and 34 mm, and the gas velocity is between 9.22 and 13.68 m/s. In this case, the collection efficiency reaches 98.6% and the total pressure drops 430-705 Pa.
