浸出液pH对萃取过程中界面乳化物形成的影响

摘    要:通过考察镍钴浸出液在不同pH下界面乳化物的生成率和乳化液透光度随时间的变化,研究浸出液pH对萃取过程中界面乳化物生成的影响。结果表明:当pH为2.0~2.1时,乳化液的稳定性最差,易于分相。当pH为1.6~1.8时,溶液中有硫酸钙晶体析出导致界面乳化物产生,当pH>2.1时,溶液中的 以SiO2胶体的形式析出,加速乳化物的形成,并且乳化程度会随pH的升高逐渐加重。萃取过程中为避免界面乳化物的产生,萃原液pH为2.0左右比较适合,对该pH溶液多次循环萃取,得到循环过程中硫酸钙结晶物和SiO2胶体的析出量均较少。

Abstract: The effect of aqueous pH on the formation of interfacial crud during the extraction process was investigated. The stability of crud was evaluated by the production rate and variation of light transmittance of the aqueous phase versus time. The results indicate that the stability of crud is poor with pH increasing to the range of 2.0-2.1. While the emulsions formed at pH of 1.8 is stable and attributed to the precipitate of CaSO4, and the emulsions has high stability at pH of 2.3, because the in the solution is precipitated in the colloid form which accelerates the formation of interfacial crud. Then the crud is even stable with the aqueous pH increasing. In order to avoid the formation of interfacial crud during the extraction process, pH is set to 2.0. The precipitates of crystals and colloid are very few after multiple cycle of organic phase.
