摘 要:以离子液体1丁基3甲基咪唑氯盐[Bmim]Cl)为溶剂、木质素磺酸为催化剂,催化果糖转化生成5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及溶剂对HMF产率的影响结果表明,在[Bmim]Cl中,果糖可快速转化为HMF,产率可迭91%另外,考察了利用菊糖制备HMF的可行性.
Abstract: This paper studied the production of 5 -hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) from catalyzed by fructose Lignosulfonic acid in ionic liquid l-butyl-3 -methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim]Cl). The effects of catalyst amount, reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction solvent on HMF yield were investigated. The results indicated that fructose was converted into HMF rapidly and efficiently in [Bmim]Cl with a 91 % HMF yield. The feasibility of producing HMF from inulin was also studied.
