浆体水平管道输送阻力损失计算探讨

摘 要:阻力损失是浆体管道输送系统设计中的主要参数,对其进行准确地预测计算是一项非常重要的工作.本文概述了国内外一些主要阻力损失计算公式的结构形式;对造成阻力损失的机理,着重分析了颗粒碰撞的耗能过程;导出了一个新的阻力损失计算式,通过检验,与实测数据符合较好,可用于阻力损失的预测计算.
Abstract: Drag loss is one of the chief parameters in the designing of slurry pipeline transporta-tion. To calculate it correctly is a very important job.This paper synthesized the forms of cal-culating formulas both at home and abroad;emphatically analysed energy dissapation caused by particles collision for the mechanism of producing drag losses in the process of pipeline transporting, and derived a new formula for drag loss calculation. As being tested,the formula has a good accord with the experiment results. It can be used in practice.
