空调冷凝热回收在水疗会所热水制备系统中的应用

摘 要:结合公共建筑空调及热水系统的节能背景,分析水疗会所利用空调冷凝热制备卫生热水的适宜性和空调冷凝余热的可利用量,提出空调冷凝热用于卫生热水制备的技术方案和调控方式,探讨冷凝热利用前、后空调及卫生热水制备系统运行费用的计算方法。研究结果表明:冷凝热利用后与利用前相比,空调及热水制备费用同比分别节省15.4%和77.5%,综合一次能节能率为24.4%。
Abstract: Considering the background of energy conservation of air-conditioning and hot-water supply systems in commercial buildings, the feasibility of hot-water supply from the condensation energy of air-conditioning was analyzed, and the capacity of condensation energy available was discussed. The working principle of heat reclaim from air-conditioning system and the logic diagram of controlling for this system were provided. Based on the rebuilding of hot-water supply system in a water spa club, the operation cost of air-conditioning and hot-water supply systems were analyzed and compared before and after the rebuilding. The results show that the utilization of condensation energy of air-conditioning system for hot-water supplying has double-advantages of operation cost cut-down for both air-conditioning and hot-water supply systems, reducing the cost by 15.4% and 77.5% respectively, and the primary energy consumption saving is 24.4%.
