高铜载金炭酸浸脱铜研究

摘 要:用盐酸溶液加入一种添加剂对高铜载金炭进行脱铜研究,脱铜率达90%左右,效果较好。脱铜液加入沉淀剂,铜的沉淀率接近100%,沉淀渣可以直接作为铜产品出售。采用该方法可有效地解决高铜载金炭对金解吸及冶炼影响问题,并能将其中的铜加以回收,效果好,成本低,工艺简单。
Abstract: Researches on decoppering of high-copper activated carbon carrying gold by a hydrochloride solution with a kind of additive were described in this article.With this method,the decoppering rate was 90%,which was very satisfactory.The precipitating rate of copper was nearly 100% by adding a kind of precipitant in the decoppered liquid and the precipitated residues can be sold as copper products directly.The desorption and smelting problems of high-copper activated carbon carrying gold were effectively solved with this method.The copper could be effectively recovered with low cost and simple process.
