连铸结晶器的双源复合激振原理及振动同步控制模型

摘    要:针对目前结晶器电动激振系统的性能缺陷,提出一种新型双源复合电动激振器。首先阐明双源复合激振器的机构原理,建立结晶器振动系统的运动模型;基于傅里叶级数建立偏心轴式激振器周期速度的表达式,给出结晶器振幅、振频和波形偏斜率的调控方法,并结合双源激振器驱动方式,提出基于双源激振器基本运动参数的工艺同步控制模型;最后以某钢厂板坯连铸机为例,计算双源激振器驱动下板坯结晶器的振动参数和工艺参数。研究结果表明:双源激振方式不仅可实现结晶器全部振动参数的独立控制,而且基于驱动系统运动参数建立的同步控制模型可以实现稳定的工艺控制。

Abstract: To deal with defects of the current electric drive system, a dual-source composite vibrator was proposed. Firstly, the mechanism principle of the dual-source composite vibrator was given, and the motion model of the oscillation system was established. Based on Fourier series, a unified expression of the speed model of the eccentric shaft vibrator was constructed with the amplitude, frequency and wave of the mold discussed. With consideration of the driving mode of the vibrator, a synchronous control model with the basic motion parameters of the dual-source vibrator was presented. Finally, taking a slab caster as an example, the vibration parameters and the technological parameters of the slab mold driven by a dual-source vibrator were calculated. The results show that all of the vibration parameters can be controlled independently though the dual-source vibrator, and the stable vibration technology can be achieved by the synchronous control model established based on the basic motion parameters of the drive system.
