二元共晶比例法制备铜基大块非晶合金

摘    要:采用二元深共晶比例法, 设计了系列Cu-Ti-Zr-Ni非晶合金成分。采用传统的铜模铸造法, 由成分为Cu52.55Ti30.05Zr11.4Ni6与Cu53.1Ti31.4Zr9.5Ni6的两种合金可以制备出临界直径达5 mm的完全非晶组织。 两合金均具有较高的约化玻璃转变温度(Trg), 分别为0.603与0.598, 其合金成分更加接近体系深共晶点, 因而具有良好的玻璃形成能力。其中Cu52.55Ti30.05Zr11.4Ni6的玻璃转变温度(694 K)与过冷液相区宽度(52 K) 均较高, 表明该合金具有良好的热稳定性。

Abstract: A series of bulk amorphous alloys in Cu-Ti-Zr-Ni system was fabricated based on binary deep eutectic. Among them, Cu52.55Ti30.05Zr11.4Ni6 and Cu53.1Ti31.4Zr9.5Ni6 can be quenched into single amorphous structure with diameter of 5 mm by conventional copper mold casting method. They both possess the relatively higher reduced glass transition temperatures(Trg) of 0.603 and 0.598, respectively, indicating that the alloy compositions are close to deep eutectics and accounting for good glass forming ability. Especially, Cu52.55Ti30.05Zr11.4Ni6 exhibits relatively higher glass transition temperature (Tg=694 K) and wider supercooled liquid region (ΔTx=52 K), implying a good thermal stability.
