水质对苄基胂酸浮选锡石细泥效果的影响

摘    要：本文通过用苄基胂酸、混合甲苯胂酸为捕收剂对锡石纯矿物进行浮选试验,首先找出浮选锡石的最佳条件,然后在矿浆中加入各种离子,观察它们对锡石纯矿物浮选的影响,试验结果发现当所加入的Fe²⁺、Fe³⁺、Sn²⁺、Sn⁴⁺、Cu²⁺离子浓度低时,对锡石浮选有活化作用;浓度高时起抑制作用。在试验浓度范围内Pb²⁺、Zn²⁺离子对锡石有活化作用,Mn²⁺离子无影响。长坡选厂浮选锡石细泥小型试验和工业试验结果表明,铁离子的影响是很严重的。

Abstract: The paper describes in detail that the best condiotins of flotating cassit-erite are first found out by flotation experiments on single cassiterite usingbenzyl arsonic acid and mix-toluene arsinic acid(a mixture of o-toluene arsonicacid and p-toluene arsonic acid)as its collectors.Various kinds of ions arethen added to the sludge so as to observe their effect on the flotationof single cassiterite.The experimental results show that when the ion con-centration of Fe²⁺、Fe³⁺、Sn²⁺、Sn⁴⁺、Cu²⁺ is low,they activate the cassite-rite in the flotation.But when the concentration is high,they depress it.In the experimental concentration limit,ions Pb²⁺、Zn²⁺、activate the cassite-rite.No effect is made by the ion Mn²⁺.The results of the experiments and industrial experiments made for theflotation of the cassiterite slime in Changpo concentration plant show thatthe effect of ions Fe³⁺ and Fe²⁺ on the flotation is great.
