一种新的浮选黑钨和锡石细泥的捕收剂

摘    要：本文简单介绍了用苄基胂酸为捕收剂浮选瑶岗仙钨矿黑钨细泥、浒坑钨矿黑钨细泥、大厂长坡选厂锡石细泥、云锡新冠选厂铅锡分离和平桂水岩坝钨锡中矿钨锡分离的试验。试验结果表明苄基胂酸是黑钨和锡石细泥的良好捕收剂。由于苄基胂酸的合成工艺简单,价格较便宜,生产苄基胂酸过程中,选矿药剂厂没有污染,因此使用苄基胂酸对选厂和选矿药剂厂都有好处。

Abstract: This paper has outlined the use of benzyl arsonic acid as a collector inthe flotation of the wolframite slime of Yao Gang-Xian and Hu-Keng,thecassiterite slime of Da Chang Chang po concentration plant,the separationof lead from tin in Yun-Xi Xing guang concentration plant,the separation oftin from wolfram in Ping Gui Sui Yah Ba middlings.The results of theexperiments have showed that benzyl arsonic acid is a good collector forwolframite and cassiterite slime.The synthesis of benzyl arsonic acid issimple,so its cost is much lower than toluene arsonic acid.The manufactureof benzyl arsonic acid has brought little hazard in the flotation reagentproduction.Using benzyl arsonie acid as the collector there are some advantagesfor both concentration plant and flotation reagent manufacture.
