风管清洗机器人清洗效果及运动性能的实验研究

摘    要:通过搭建风管清洗机器人性能实验平台,设计风管清洗机器人清洗效果和风管清洗机器人运动性能实验方案,并以课题组研发的风管清洗机器人为例,对其清洗性能和运动性能进行实验研究。研究结果表明:风管清洗机器人对矩形管及风管中污染相对严重的转角、弯头等位置的清洗效果差,且由于清洗刷的扬尘作用,风管清洗后应预运行3~4 h甚至半天,才可投入正常运行。最后提出了我国风管清洗机器人及实验平台未来的发展方向,为我国风管清洗机器人的性能评价探索标准化实验平台、工具及评价方法提供了依据。

Abstract:

By tests performed on the experimental platform, the cleaning effect and moving performance of the duct-cleaning robot were designed by expert group was presented. The results indicate that the cleaning effect is not so satisfied at corners and elbows where the pollution is relatively serious and the pre-run should be taken for 3-4 h or even half a day to clean the raised dust in ducts. Then, the development direction of China’s duct-cleaning robot and its experimental platform were introduced, which can provide an important basis for the standardization of the test-bed, tools and evaluation methods used in the evaluation of robot’s performance.
