用万能材料试验机进行岩石断裂韧度试验研究

摘 要:本文通过在万能材料试验机上进行岩石短棒试件的断裂韧度试验,论证了用万能材料试验机代替伺服材料试验机进行岩石V形切口圓棒三点弯和短棒试验的可行性。通过多种岩石的短棒试验,得出了岩石的稳定“塑性”值,约为0.13。
Abstract: Based on the fracture toughness testing of rock short rod specimen withcommon universal material testing machine,this paper discusses the possibilityfor common universal material testing machine to replace servo controllingmaterial testing machine to finish rock chevron notch round bar 3pb and shortrod testing.Short rod testing in various types of rock shows that the rock’s stable“plasticity”value is approximately 0.13.
