基于AR双谱的超声波电机故障诊断

摘    要:针对超声波电机在工作时发生故障难于监测与判断,提出一种高阶谱诊断超声波电机故障的方法。利用高阶累积量对振动信号建立AR模型,再对其进行参数化AR双谱估计。实验结果表明:与正常状况时的超声波电机AR双谱相比,故障状况时其双谱能量分布出现分散,峰值减少,同时等高线图和双谱切片也存在明显差异,因此可以作为故障诊断的依据。

Abstract: Owing to the fact that it is difficult to diagnose the fault status of ultrasonic motor when it is working, a new method of diagnosing the fault of ultrasonic motor based on high order spectra was presented. As high order spectra was sensitive to non-Gaussian colored noise, the high order cumulant technique was employed to set up the time series AR models, and bispectrum analysis was performed. The experimental results show that the energy of AR bispectra dispersive considerably and its peak value decreases significantly in the fault state compared with that in the normal operation state. Meanwhile, the contours and the slices of AR bispectra in the two states are different. Therefore, it can be used as a basis of fault diagnosing.
