摘    要:组合扁挤压筒强度分析和优化设计中的关键是合理地确定预应力场,本文利用有限元混合法,处理组合扁挤压筒过盈配合接触问题,成功地解决了组合扁挤压筒预应力场的分析和计算。计算结果表明,过盈配合面上的接触力不是均匀分布的;有限元混合法是一种解决扁挤压筒和异形内孔组合凹模预应力场计算的有效方法。

Abstract: In order to produce a high strength flat container, a shrink-fitted compound container has to be used so that prestress field may be formed. Actually it is difficult to determine prestress field by ordinary method. Therefore the service life of container produced is very short. The reason is that rectangle bore of the liner causes the contact pressure on the shrink-fitted surface to be non-uniform. It is necessary to determine the contact pressure and its distribution. It is important to determine prestress field reasonably in a compound flat container strength analysis and optimum design. By using mixed F. E. M, this paper carefully studied the contact problem of shring-fitted compound flat container. Prestress field analysis and calculation are successfully made. The calculation result shows that the contact pressure on the shrink-fitted surface is non-uniform. Therefore the calculation error is large by using thick-walled drum theory. Mixed F. E. M is an efficient method in the prestress field calculation of compound flat container and dies with non-circular bore.
