摘    要:本文研究了矿山酸性废水中和沉淀物——石膏和氢氧化铝的浮选分离方法。试验指出,以十二烷胺醋酸盐为捕收剂、淀粉为抑制剂的阶段中和一浮选法分离松尾矿山废水中的石膏、氢氧化铁和氢氧化铝的方案,可以获得满意的浮选指标。

Abstract: In this papar, the separation of aluminum hydroxide and gypsum byflotation has been investigated. The floatability of aluminum hydroxide and gypsum was firstly exam-ined at various pH using dodecylammonium acetate (DAA), sodium dodecy-lsulfate (SDS) and sodium oleate (NaOl) were used as collectors. From thetesting results, it was found that DAA seemed to be the most suitable collectorfor the flotation separation of these precipitates. Then, flotation tests were carried out on the synthetic mixture of aluminum hydroxide and gypsum using DAA as a collector. The testing resultsshowed that good separation could be achieved in wide pH range from 4 to 9. An artificial acid mine water containing 500mg/l of aluminum ions and6000mg/l of sulphate ions was neutralized by calcium carbonate and the flotation of the precipitates was conducted using DAA as a collector and starch as adepressor for the aluminum hydroxide, resulting in remarkable improvementof the selectivity. By this flotation, more than 90% of gypsum was recoveredin the froth, with about 95% of aluminum hydroxide remaining in the sink. By this stage neutralization and flotation method the acid mine waterfrom Matsuo was tested and satisfactory results in the separation of ferrichydroxide aluminum hydroxide and gypsum were achieved.
