摘    要:膦酸单酯是酸性磷(膦)酸(酯)中现尚未见有文献记载的一类新型非硫化矿捕收剂,本文报道了6个苯基膦酸单酯化合物的合成,即:PhP(O)(OR)OH,a:R=C2H5-,b:R=C4H9-,c:R=s-C4H9-,d:R=t-C4H9-,e:R=C6H13-,f:R=C8H17-。测试了它们在不同浓度时水溶液的表面张力和对锡石、黑钨矿、赤铁矿、方解石和石英的浮选行为。实验结果表明苯基膦酸单酯是一类良好的非硫化矿捕收剂;烃基长度对药剂捕收活性影响极大,实验获得的最适烃链长度与按王淀佐提出的公式nφ=ΔxR2+ΔxM2计算预测值吻合;对药剂非极性基支链化引起的浮选性能差异进行了探讨,认为这些差异主要由空间位阻效应所决定。

Abstract: Alkyl phenyphosphonates (including six compounds: C6H5P(O)(OR)OH: a: R = C2H5; b:R = C4H9; c: R = s - C4H9; d: R = t - C4H9; e: R = C6H13; f: R = C8H17) as collectors for nonsul-fide were synthesized, their surface tension and floability for cassiterite, wolframite, hematite,calcite as well as for quartz were tested. Chain length of the reagents has a strong effect on theirreactivity. The proper chain length determined from experiments are well consistent with WangDianzuo’s formula nφ =△xR2 + △xM2. Difference of reactivity between these reagents caused bybranch chain was discussed. Steric effect is considered as the main factor in various structureeffects.
