摘    要:实验发现金属箔片经微变形量冷轧,轧件存在前端影响优势区和出现强度、硬度降低,塑性增高的自行软化现象。研究认为轧件质点流动异常景象是前刚端与变形区摩擦阻力共同作用的结果;加工组织自行软化现象是材料在长时期低应力场作用下珠光体中碳化物由高能的片层状组织趋向低能球状组织的结果。

Abstract: It has been found by experiments that there exist a superior zone under the influence of the front end and self-softening phenomenon, that is, a decrease of the strength and hardness and an increase of plasticity after microdeformation cold rolling for thin sheet metal. It is considered by the authors that the strange phenomenon of particle flow in rolled piece results from the common action of the front end with resistance to friction and that self-softening of the working structure results from a laminated structure of high energy to a spherical structure of low energy of the carbonide in pearlite under the action of low stress for a long time.
