计入丝间接触的钢丝绳股轴向力学性能半解析法研究

摘    要:为研究计入丝间接触的钢丝绳股轴向力学性能,在计入泊松比效应和接触变形等影响下,建立轴向拉伸和扭转载荷下钢丝绳股数学模型,并使用半解析法(SAM)对该模型进行求解。在使用SAM时,利用共轭梯度法求解出丝间接触压力,利用快速傅里叶变换加快接触变形计算。对上述模型和方法的有效性进行证实。研究结果表明:采用SAM可实现考虑丝间接触的钢丝绳股轴向力学性能快速而准确的求解,且计算效率远比有限元仿真的高;在轴向拉伸过程中,芯丝比侧丝承受的拉伸载荷大;增大轴向扭转载荷会导致侧丝轴向应变,以及芯丝和侧丝间的接触压力、接触变形与接触半宽的增加;芯丝和侧丝间的接触以及侧丝的缩径,会导致侧丝轴线的螺旋半径略有减小。

Abstract: To study the axial mechanical performances for wire rope strand considering inter-wire contact, the mathematical model of wire rope strand subjected to axial tension and torsion loads was established, into which the Poisson''''s ratio effect and inter-wire contact were incorporated, and the model was solved with semi-analytical method (SAM). The conjugate gradient method was used for analyzing the inter-wire contact pressure, and fast Fourier transform was employed to accelerate the solution of contact deformation. Meanwhile, the validity of the above model and method was verified. The results show that the central wire suffers from greater tension load than the outside wire during the axial tension process. The axial strain of the outside wire, contact pressure, contact deformation and half contact width between the central and outside wires increase with the increase of the torsion load during the axial torsion process. Moreover, the contact between the central and outside wires, and the transverse radial contraction of outside wires can lead to a slight decrease in the helix radius of the outside wire centerline.
