亚硫酸盐对铜活化的闪锌矿及铁闪锌矿抑制作用的研究

摘    要：本文研究了Na₂SO₃,ZnSO₄及其联合使用对铜活化的闪锌矿及铁闪锌矿浮选的抑制作用。实验表明,在中性介质Na₂SO₃与ZnSO₄联合使用时,可以完全抑制铜活化的闪锌矿及铁闪锌矿,抑制效果以摩尔浓度Na₂SO₃≤ZnSO₄时为佳。根据重金属离子吸附、黄药吸附及X射线光电子能谱表面分析等方面的测定结果,对抑制作用机理进行了探讨,并提出一个机理模型的初步设想。

Abstract: An investigation was made on the depression of Na₂SO₃, ZnSO₄ and them both to Cu-activated sphalerite and marmatite. The results from experiments showed that Cu-activated sphalerite and marmatite could be depressed completely by the combined use of Na₂SO₃ and ZnSO₄ in neutral mediums, and the effect was better when the molar concentration ratio was Na₂SO₃≤ZnSO₄. From the results of the adsorptions of heavy metalst ions and xanthate and X-ray photoelectron spectrometric surface analysis, a tentative idea about the depression mechanism model is suggested,
