考虑层间接触的沥青路面非线性疲劳损伤特性分析

摘    要:运用通用有限元软件ABAQUS及其二次开发平台,建立考虑路面材料非线性疲劳损伤的沥青路面结构数值计算模型,分析不同层间接触状态对受损路面结构层底损伤度、结构层底水平正应力、路表弯沉以及对路面结构层疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明:随着面层与基层层间摩擦因数的逐步增大,基层层底损伤度逐步增加,底基层层底损伤度逐步减小,且两者逐渐接近;基层层底水平拉应力逐渐减小,底基层逐渐增大;路表弯沉逐渐减小;基层疲劳寿命减小,底基层疲劳寿命增加,且两者逐渐接近。总体来说,良好的层间接触状态能使各结构层充分发挥作用,从而增强结构整体承载能力。

Abstract: With the ABAQUS of the general finite element software and the secondary development platform, an asphalt pavement numerical model considering the pavement material nonlinear fatigue damage was established to analyze the influence of different contact condition on the damage degree at the bottom of the layer, the horizontal tensile stress at the bottom of the layer, the deflection on the surface of the pavement, and the fatigue life of the pavement structure. The results show that with the increase of the interlayer friction coefficient,the damage degree at the bottom of the base layer increases and the damage degree at the bottom of the sub-base layer decreases, and the two of them approach each other gradually. The horizontal tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer gradually decreases while the horizontal tensile stress at the bottom of the sub-base layer gradually increases. The deflection on the surface of the pavement decreases, the fatigue life of base decreases and the fatigue life of sub-base increases, and the two of them approaches each other gradually. In general, good interlayer contact condition can give full play to the role of various layer and enhance the carrying capacity of the structure.
