摘    要:Brazing of directionally solidified TiAl-based alloy with Ti-Zr-Ni-Cu filler metal was investigated.For brazing,according to the experiments,the relationship between brazing parameters and the joints strength was analyzed and the optimum brazing parameters were obtained.The maximum shear strength is 248 MPa for the joint brazed at 1050 ℃ for 10 min,and the interface structure is TiAl/the diffusion layer of base metal and the filler metal+Ti3Al/the residual filler metal+Ti3Al/the diffusion layer of base metal and the filler metal+Ti3Al/TiAl.
