低温对EBPR系统生物除磷特性的影响

摘    要:以实际生活污水为研究对象,在SBR系统中采用厌氧/好氧运行方式,考察低温对EBPR生物除磷系统除磷特性的短期影响。试验在20 ℃驯化除磷污泥,除磷率稳定维持在90%以上。随后,温度分别控制为15,10和5 ℃,考察低温对EBPR系统的短期影响。研究结果表明:4种温度下(20, 15, 10和5 ℃)的厌氧释磷率分别为358.5%,358.5%,247.8%和209.1%;厌氧阶段挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)的利用率分别为100%,88.9%,58.4%和33.8%;好氧前30 min的吸磷速率分别为11.67,6.43,2.24和1.34 mg/(g·h)。温度在15 ℃时,EBPR系统仍具备较好的除磷性能;温度低于15 ℃后,EBPR系统的除磷性能恶化;温度低于10 ℃时,聚糖菌的活性受到较大的抑制。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of low temperature on EBPR system, an anaerobic/aerobic SBR system was used for treating real domestic wastewater. The system ran at 20 ℃, and the phosphorus removal efficiency kept above 90% steadily. Then the system ran in low temperature conditions (15, 10 and 5 ℃). The results show that the phosphorus release ratio at the four temperatures (20, 15, 10 and 5 ℃) is 358.5%, 358.5%, 247.8% and 209.1% with the VFAs usage ratio at 100%, 88.9%, 58.4% and 33.8% in each case separately in anaerobic phase. And the phosphorus uptake rate of each case is 11.67, 6.43, 2.24 and 1.34 mg/(g·h) during the first 30 min of aerobic phase. According to the experimental results, EBPR system still runs well at 15 ℃, and deteriorates at 10 ℃ and 5 ℃. Glycogen accumulating organisms (GAOs) are inhibited obviously below 10 ℃ .
