CuMn-ZSM-5在NH3选择催化还原NO反应中的催化活性

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备CuMn-ZSM-5催化剂,在微型气固相反应装置上考察其在NH3选择催化还原NO反应中的催化活性,与ZSM-5空白样以及负载单金属氧化物进行比较,并考察反应温度、铜锰物质的量比和金属负载量对催化活性的影响,同时对催化剂进行XRD和SEM分析表征实验。研究结果表明:空白Na-ZSM-5催化剂活性很低,以Cu对其进行改性能有效提高其低温活性,但当温度高于350 ℃时其活性很低;以Mn对ZSM-5改性则能提高其高温活性,但低温活性很低;CuMn-ZSM-5整合了Cu-ZSM-5和Mn-ZSM-5的优点;活性金属负载量为4.5 mmol/g,铜和锰物质的量比为2:1的CuMn-ZSM-5,在250~500 ℃时NO去除率维持在80%以上。

Abstract: CuMn-ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by incipient impregnation method, and NO catalytic activity of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of the catalysts with ammonia (NH3) in micro gas-solid reaction device were studied and compared. Furthermore, the effects of reaction temperature, the mole ratio of Cu-Mn and the loaded mass on the catalytic activity were also studied. In addition, XRD and SEM experiments were carried out to study the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts. The results show that NO catalytic activity of Na-ZSM-5 is the lowest, and the Cu-ZSM-5 can yield higher NO conversion than that of Na-ZSM-5, but its NO conversion ratio is low when temperature is higher than 350 ℃. The catalytic activity of Mn-ZSM-5 is lower than that of CuMn-ZSM-5 when temperature is lower than 450 ℃. NO catalytic activities of series of CuMn-ZSM-5 are almost wholly superior to those of Cu-ZSM-5 and Mn-ZSM-5. The NO conversion ratio is over 80% between 250 ℃ and 500 ℃ when the loading is 4.5 mmol/g and the mass ratio of Cu and Mn is 2:1. The catalyst of 2:1 CuMn-ZSM-5 can yield over 80% NO conversion, which is the highest NO conversion ratio among series of CuMn-ZSM-5 catalysts.
