四路智能温度测控仪

摘 要:本文介绍一种采用8031芯片的单片机四路温度测控仪,这种仪表具有智能化、通用性强和使用方便等优点。文中提出了一种提高8位A/D转换器分辨率的方案,并利用PN结的温度特性实现热电偶冷端温度补偿,采用参数自整定模糊控制算法解决大滞后对象的温度控制。仿真结果表明,这种控制算法具有较好的控制效果。
Abstract: Presented in this paper is a microprocessor(8031)-based intelligent tem-perature measure and control instrument with four channels.This instrumenthas the advantages of intelligence,generality and convenience.The schemewhich can increase the resolution of 8-bit changer of A/D is put forward,and the specific property of P-N junction is utilized for cold-junction com-pensation.A new kind of controller named Parameter Self-adjusting Fuzzy-PIController is used in the control system with time delay.Simulation resultsshow that this algorithm is suitable to the temperature control system.
