摘    要:在对商品红色硫化汞阴极直接还原研究取得令人满意结果的基础上,本试验以贵州汞矿提供的汞品位为70.01%的汞精矿为原料,研究了料量,NaOH浓度、电量、温度、振荡强度等因素对精矿还原过程的影响。试验还测定了溶液中汞离子浓度随电量的变化情况。综合试验结果是:汞的直收率86%,总回收率95%,总碱耗500—600kg/t,直流电耗1800—2000kWh/t.Hg.

Abstract: On the basis of the successful test of mercury cathode reduction of commercial red cinnabar, the present investigation was carried out by using a cinnabar concentrate containing 70.010% Hg supplied by Guizhou Mercury Mine. We studied the effects on reduction of such factors as the weight of batch sample, concentration of NaOH, temperature, stirring intensiveness during electrolysis and the quantity of electricity passing through the cell, etc. The investigation also included the determination of the changing conditions of mercury ion concentration in solution in variation with the quantity of electricity used. The final results of the investigation were: the direct recovery of mercury is 86%, total recovery 95%, total alkali consumption 500—600kg and direct current consumption 1800—2000 kW.h per ton of mercury.
