全尾砂膏体小型圆柱塌落度检测

摘    要:探索矿山尾砂充填领域塌落度实验的小型化,研究直径和高度均为7.5cm小型圆柱塌落度法的准确性和适用范围。基于膏体流变学原理,对物料塌落进行力学分析,建立屈服应力与塌落度关系模型,然后利用流变检测实验对塌落度结果的精度进行验证,确定圆柱法的适用范围。研究结果表明:小型圆柱法检测结果精度比标准锥桶法的精度高3.84%;泵送膏体标准塌落度15~20 cm对应小型塌落度1.5~2.3 cm,自流输送料浆标准塌落度23~27 cm对应小型塌落度2.9~3.6 cm;该圆柱法的适用范围为料浆的骨料最大粒径不大于3 mm,塌落度不小于7.5 mm。小型圆柱法可作为细粒级膏体塌落度实验的一种新方法。

Abstract: Theslump test miniaturization of tailings backfill slurry was explored, focusing on the accuracy and applicability of a mini cylinder with 7.5 cm height and 7.5 cm diameter. Firstly, based on the paste rheological theory, a model which describing the relationship of yield stress and slump was set up for the slump process. Secondly, the slump testaccuracy was verified with the rheometer test result. Consequently, the application scope of the mini slump cylinder was determined. The results show the mini slump test has 3.84% higher accuracy than the standard cone test. The pumpdelivery paste requires a standard slump value of 15-20 cm which is equivalent to 1.5-2.3 cm of the mini slump test; meanwhile, the gravity delivery requires a standard slump value of 23-27 cm which is equivalent to 2.9-3.6 cm of the mini slump test. The mini slump test is valid for slurry with particle size smaller than 3 mm, and standard slump more than 7.5 mm. The mini slump test becomes an alternative for the slump estimation of fine particle paste slurry.
