减水剂对全尾砂膏体屈服应力影响的时间效应

摘    要:为了给计算长距离充填管道的阻力提供依据,对全尾砂膏体进行流变实验,研究加减水剂后全尾砂膏体屈服应力随时间的变化规律。研究结果表明:当膏体质量分数为80%、减水剂掺量为0.03%时,灰砂比(质量比)为1:4,1:6和1:10的膏体屈服应力比无减水剂的对照组分别降低49.3%,43.7%和37.4%,但随后有所上升。加入减水剂后,反应2 h时,灰砂比为1:4,1:6和1:10膏体的屈服应力分别比零时刻时的屈服应力增加了35.6%,15.2%和19.8%,但分别比对照组的低33.0%,28.0%和19.4%。灰砂比1:4、无减水剂时膏体屈服应力在反应2 h内仅增加6.3%。加减水剂后膏体屈服应力先降低后上升的原因是水化反应消耗了膏体中的自由水,减水剂的分散作用增大胶凝材料与水接触面积,加快水化反应和自由水的消耗,部分减水剂被水化产物覆盖而失去分散作用。建议根据膏体在管道内的输送时间,以加减水剂后膏体的长期屈服应力来计算管道阻力。

Abstract: In order to provide a basis for calculating the resistance of the long-distance backfilling pipeline, a series of rheological experiments were carried out and the change law of the yield stress of the full tailings paste with reaction time after adding the water reducer was studied. The results show that at the mass fraction of 80% and the mass fraction of water reducer of 0.03%, the paste yield stresses of the cement-sand mass ratio of 1:4, 1:6 and 1:10 are 49.3%, 43.7% and 37.4% lower than the control group (without water reducer), respectively, but then gradually increase. After the addition of water reducer, the yield stresses of the paste at reaction for 2 h increase by 35.6%, 15.2% and 19.8%, respectively, compared with zero time, but still lower 33.0%, 28.0% and 19.4% respectively than that of the control group. The yield stress of paste only increases by 6.3% within 2 h when the cement-sand ratio is 1:4 and without water reducer. The recovery of yield stress is because the hydration reaction consumes the free water in the paste, and the dispersion effect of the water reducer increases the contact areas between the cementitious material and water, which accelerates the hydration reaction and the consumption of free water. At the same time, part of the water reducer is covered by hydration products and has lost the dispersion effect. It is recommended that the pipe resistance should be calculated according to the conveying time of paste in the backfilling pipe and the long-term yield stress of paste after adding water reducer.
