侧向冲击下方钢管混凝土构件动力响应的参数研究

摘    要:运用ABAQUS/Explicit有限元软件对方钢管混凝土(CFRST)构件的侧向冲击过程进行数值模拟,研究冲击高度、截面含钢率、冲击位置、材料强度、构件长细比等对方钢管混凝土构件冲击力和挠度变形的影响;基于刚塑性梁理论,提出计算方钢管混凝土构件截面动力受弯承载力提高系数的实用计算公式。研究结果表明:截面含钢率和长细比是影响冲击持续时间和冲击力平台值的敏感因素;减小冲击高度和构件长细比,增加截面含钢率可显著减小构件冲击点处的挠度;钢材屈服强度、截面含钢率、长细比和冲击速度是影响构件截面动力受弯承载力的重要参数。

Abstract: ABAQUS/Explicit software was used to simulate the concrete-filled rectangular steel tube(CFRST) specimens under lateral impact. The effects of five main parameters including impact height, sectional steel ratio, impact location, material strength and slenderness ratio on impact force and deflection of CFRST were studied. Based on the rigid-plastic beam theory, a useful formula was proposed to calculate the dynamic flexural capacity strengthening factor (cross-section dimension) of the CFRST. The results show that sectional steel ratio and slenderness ratio are the sensitive factors that affect impact time duration and force platform value. Reducing the impact height and slenderness ratio, and increasing the sectional steel ratio can decrease the CFRST deflection remarkably at the impact point. The steel yield strength, sectional steel ratio, slenderness ratio and impact velocity are proved to be the control parameters of the CFRST cross-sectional dynamic flexural capacity.
