摘    要:减速器是工程应用中重要的机械传动设备,其设计过程复杂、繁琐.作者探讨了减速器设计过程中的关键技术,即运用可视化技术、CAD技术与CAI技术,用VFP作为开发工具,在WINDOWS平台上开发研制了减速器设计及辅助教学系统软件.实践结果表明:该软件运行稳定,结果正确;既能应用于工程设计,又能应用于高校教学;界面友好,使复杂、枯燥的减速器设计过程变得直观、形象、快捷、准确.该减速器设计过程中的关键技术及其设计方法,对于其它CAD/CAI软件的开发具有一定的指导意义与参考价值.

Abstract: Reducer is an important telekinesis device extensively used in machine technology. Its processes of designing are very complicated, dull and over elaborate, because they involve a large amount of calculation and looking up a great number of charts in machine design handbook. At present designers mainly adopt traditional hand-made method, thus design cycle is so long that efficiency is very low. By using visual technology, CAD and CAI technology, the author develops the system software for reducer designing and higher education teaching on WINDOWS platform with visual FoxPro tool. It is proved by experience that the software runs steadily and has reliable results. The software can aid machine design as well as teaching. Its friendly interface can make complicated and dull design become easier,quicker, more exact and more imaginable. The crucial technology used in the process of reducer designing and other designing methods have an important significance and value for developing other CAD/CAI software, therefore the software will have wide application.
