浮动块研磨抛光机研磨磁头的表面去除分析

摘    要:对浮动块研磨抛光机的运动学方程进行研究结果表明:研磨时,任意磁头上任意一点的运动轨迹是周期性的,这种运动周期的重复性与工作圆环的角速度ω2和研磨盘的角速度ω1之比有关;当浮动块研磨抛光机在理想状态工作下时,ω1=ω2,此时,任意磁头上任意一点移动的路程相等,表明磁头表面去除率相同,但其轨迹的重复性太强。在实际工作中,磁头表面能取得均化的研磨条纹,而整个研磨平面的平整精度却不一定很高;任意一点在每周期移动的路程长度与角速度ω和偏心距e有关,ω和e越大,周期路程越长。而周期路程较短,表明轨迹的方向改变愈频繁,有利于获得愈好的表面质量,只是去除率降低。因此,粗研磨时,宜取较高的转速以提高效率;而精研磨时,宜取较低的转速以提高表面质量。

Abstract: The kinematics equation demonstrates thatthe path ofany point in anymagnetic head isperiodic inworking process of float-piece polisher. The periodicity repeated according to the ratio ofangularvelocity between thework ring’s and the lap’s. When the float-piece polisherworks in the perfect condition,ω1(lap’s angular velocity) will equalω2(work ring’s angular velocity). Then, the length of movementpath of any point in anymagneticwillbe equa,l which indicates that the surface removal rate willbe equa,l but the periodicity of the pathwillbe repeated too often. In fac,t the perfect condition is hardly existing, so themovementpath onmagnetic head surfacewillbe reasonable, while thework face will be notplanar enough. The equation also shows that the path ofany point in a periodicity is relational with the parameterωande(eccentricity ofwork ring). The larger the parameterωandeare, the longer the pathwillbe. The path’s directionwillbe changedmore frequently if themovementpath in every periodic is shorter, whichwilldoes good to surface quality, but the surface removal ratewillbe lower. So, the higherspeed is supposed to be selected in rough polishing process to obtain higher removal rate, while the lower speed should be selected in fine polishing process to gain higher surface quality.
