重庆两江大桥正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能试验研究

摘    要:为评估重庆两江大桥正交异性钢桥面板双向荷载下的疲劳性能,对由盖板、板肋和横隔板组成的箱形正交异性钢桥面板模型进行疲劳试验研究和有限元分析。采用应力等效方法,板肋与横隔板交叉细节部分采用1:1足尺模型,横隔板开孔分别采用苹果形和钥匙形,面内和面外双向疲劳加载完成正交异性板结构设计寿命期及超长服役期的等效实桥疲劳应力幅作用下2 000万次疲劳试验。有限元值和实测值较吻合。在疲劳试验基础上,讨论横隔板开孔边缘、纵肋与横隔板焊接以及纵肋与盖板焊接3个关键部位的疲劳性能。研究结果表明:双向荷载作用下横隔板产生面外弯曲变形,易导致面外疲劳;正交异性钢桥面板构造未发现裂纹,疲劳寿命远超过设计寿命期。根据欧洲规范的疲劳等级分类检算,其疲劳强度满足使用要求。

Abstract: In order to estimate the biaxial fatigue performance of orthotropic decks in Chongqing Liangjiang cable-stayed bridges, an experimental and numerical investigation was conducted to study the biaxial fatigue behavior of box-shaped orthotropic steel deck specimen composed of deck plate, plate longitudinal ribs and cross beams. Firstly an equivalent stress approach was applied to gain a test model with full scale connection details of the longitudinal rib to cross beam joint and apple- and key- shaped cut-out of the crossbeam. The fatigue behavior was discussed at three locations such as the edge of the cut-out in the cross beam, the longitudinal rib to cross beam joint and the longitudinal rib to deck plate joint, based on the static experimental and numerical results. The fatigue test was carried out under in-plane and out-plane loading during 20 000 000 cycles under equivalent applied stress ranges including design life and limit life. The numerical results are confirmed to agree well with the experimental results. The experimental results show that the fatigue life of the orthotropic steel decks far exceeds the design life and no observation of fatigue cracks after tests. Under biaxial fatigue loading, out-plane deformation occurs in the crossbeam and results in the out-plane fatigue crack. According to Miner’s fatigue accumulation damage rule and referring to EC3 code, the fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel decks of the Chongqing Liangjiang Yangtze Rive Bridge can meet the designed requirements.
