摘    要:针对受电弓的特点设计测试方案,特别是针对上框架的运动特性设计了受电弓侧滚和垂向振动参数的测试模型,并利用自行研制的测试设备对其进行解体测试。实际测得了受电弓的归算质量与各主要部件的质量、质心和转动惯量等参数。通过对受电弓各主要部分的运动特性进行分析,特别是对受电弓弓头部位的运动进行分析讨论,建立了包括受电弓侧滚运动、俯仰运动和垂向运动的力学模型。讨论了受电弓3个升角与升弓高之间的关系。研究结果表明:利用升角与升弓高之间的关系,可简化受电弓运动微分方程的推导;应用所建立的力学模型、实测数据以及简化公式可更准确地分析和计算弓网系统的力学行为。

Abstract: According to the pantograph characteristics, the measurement projects were designed.Measurements of the pantograph were made as the disassembly parts by the equipment founded in the lab. Especially to the motion features of the top frame, the measurement models were established, which included several parameters such as pitching and vertical vibrations. Several parameters from experimental models were gotten, such as the pantograph’s equivalent mass, the mass, the center of mass and moment of inertia of each main part. Through analyzing the motion features of each main part, especially the motion of the pantograph head, a DOF model was established, which included several parameters such as pitching, rolling and vertical, etc. The relations among the three angles and the height of the pantograph were discussed. The results show that the equations have benefit to the deduction of the pantograph’s mechanical differential equations. The mechanical models, measurement data and simplifying equations are useful to analyze and calculate the pantograph-catenaries system mechanical action.
