燃池采暖技术在中国北方农村的应用

摘    要:

近年来,燃池采暖技术在北方农村地区受到欢迎,该技术完全采用农作物废弃物,明显地改善冬季农村住宅室内热环境状况,本研究2009年和2010年连续2个冬季对中国辽宁省阜新市多栋燃池采暖住宅的热湿环境及空气环境进行实测调查,针对燃池采暖住宅室内热湿环境、运行控制及存在的问题进行深入的分析研究,探讨燃池设计的关键指标及热量传输方式。研究结果表明:燃池采暖房间平均温度比采用其他农村传统采暖方式房间温度高5~10 ℃,但由于现有的燃池采暖住宅大多凭经验搭建,存在热能利用效率较低、热传输方式不合理、有害气体泄漏等问题,因此,本研究成果对于进一步优化燃池采暖技术具有重要的理论和实际应用参考价值。

Abstract:

Burning cave for heating which is very popular in rural areas of Northern China in recent years makes full use of these agricultural wastes, and significantly improves indoor thermal environment of rural house in the cold areas. In 2009 and 2010 winter, the field measurement of indoor environment of the houses with burning caves for heating in Funxin City of Liaoning in China was carried out. The indoor thermal environment of house with burning cave for heating, operation control strategy and existing problems were discussed and the key influencing factors of burning cave design and heat transfer mode were studied. The results show that the temperature of the room with burning cave for heating is 5-10 ℃ higher than that of other rural traditional heating methods on average. However, so far, most of rural houses with burning cave for heating are built depending on farmers’ experience, so there are some problems, such as low thermal energy utilization efficiency, unreasonable heat transmission way, flue gas leakage. Therefore, the research results have important theoretical and practical reference value for further optimization of burning cave heating technology.
