摘    要:从永磁体的分子电流观点出发,应用矢量磁位法,对轴向均匀充磁的永磁环,建立用完全椭圆积分表示的永磁环外部空间磁势和磁场分布的解析计算表达式。根据矢量迭加原理,应用该公式可计算1块至多块永磁环并列放置时其外部空间的磁场分布。通过对单块永磁环磁场分布的仿真计算和实验测试数据比较,磁感应强度计算误差不超过8%,验证了计算公式的正确性。

Abstract: Axially polarized permanent magnet ring is the basis to design a new type of radial permanent magnet bearing. With combination of size and number of permanent magnet rings, different permanent magnet bearings can be designed to meet different needs, in which the magnet field distribution of rings determines the performance of permanent magnet bearings. From the molecular current viewpoint, the magnetic vector potential was employed to obtain the analytical the magnet field distribution expressed by complete elliptic integral for axially polarized permanent magnet ring. Using the principle of linear superposition, the magnet field distribution of one or several permanent magnet rings can be obtained. Camparing the simulations and experimental data of a permanent magnet ring, the calculation error of the magnet flux density is less than 8%.The results show that the calculation formula is correct.
