摘    要:系统地介绍了钨矿选矿技术的现状,分别详细介绍了白钨矿、黑钨矿以及黑白混合钨矿的选矿工艺的进展及方向.白钨矿的传统加温浮选由于环境的恶劣,逐渐被环境良好的常温浮选方法取代,而且常温浮选方法工艺简单、操作方便,越来越受到矿山的欢迎;黑钨矿摒弃了传统的单一重、浮、磁工艺,目前采用的重、浮、磁联合工艺流程正逐渐趋于完善,随着高效率设备离心机以及高梯度磁选机的出现,钨细泥的选矿得到了很大的提高;随着钨矿的开采殆尽,传统的单一浮选已经不能满足低、贫、杂的黑白混合钨矿,多种经典的新工艺不断涌现出来;选冶联合流程针对那些品位低,难处理的钨矿具有良好的效果,是今后钨矿发展的重要方向.

Abstract: This paper introduces the current situation of tungsten processing technology by discussing the processing technology progresses and directions of scheelite, wolfrmite, and scheelite-wolfrmite mixed ore respectively. Scheelite flotation technology at room temperature, for its eco-friendliness, simple technique and convenient operation, has gradually replaced the heating flotation. The combined processing technology of gravity concentration, flotation and magnetic separation has been operated on wolframite. The processing rate of tungsten fine mud has been greatly improved with the application of centrifuges and high gradient magnetic separators. The traditionally singled flotation fails to process the low-grade and miscellaneous scheelite-wolfrmite mixed ore with reduced tungsten reserve. Thus, new processing technologies have been invented, such as the combined technology of processing and smelting.
