Cu-W-Ni-C触头材料的研制

摘 要:采用粉末冶金技术研制了Cu-W—Ni—C触头材料,并对Cu-W—Ni—C与Ag-ZnO10触头材料的性能进行了对比和研究·研究结果表明:Cu-W—Ni—C触头材料的密度r≥8.87 g/cm3,硬度HB≥952 MPa,电阻率ρ≤2.45×10-8Ω·m;在相对密度相同时,Cu-w—Ni—C触头材料的电阻率与Ag-ZnO10材料的电阻率接近,而硬度高于Ag—ZnO10材料的硬度;Cu—W—Ni—C触头材料在电力机车电器上可替代Ag-ZnO10材料.
Abstract: Cu-W-Ni-C contact material was prepared by P/M technology. The conbined properties of the material, properties of Cu-W-Ni-C and Ag-ZnO10 contact materials were compared and investigated. The results show that the material’s density r≥8. 87 g/cm3 , hardness HB≥952 MPa, electric resistivity ,ρ≤ 2. 45×10-8Ω· m. The relative density and resistivity of Cu-W-Ni-C contact material are similar to the Ag-ZnO10 contact material, but the hardness of Cu- W-Ni-C contact material is higher than that of Ag-ZnO10 contact material. The results of the test and the turn-on and turn-off capability indicate that Cu-W-Ni-C contact material can replace Ag-ZnO10 contact material in electric locomotive’s.
