300MN模锻水压机机架有限元计算模型探讨

摘    要：本文通过理论分析、现场测试实验研究和计算机模拟以及局部和整体的弹性接触问题有限元及线弹性有限元分析,确定了300MN模锻水压机机架合理而简捷的有限元计算模型.该计算模型的建立对于研究水压机本体结构的刚度行为和立柱的力学行为具有重要意义,对大型水压机设备的研究开发具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract: In the present paper,the reasonable,simple and direct finite element calculating model of 300 MN mould and forging press is studied and determined through theoretical analysis,site testing,computer mold and finite elemeht and linear elastic finite element analysis of elastic contact problem of the whole or part frame.It is expected that the calculating model and other results in the paper could be of practical interest for the structural stiffness behavious and mechanical behavious of the standing post of hydraulic presses and of reference value for developing big hydraulic press.
