井下排水排泥系统研究与设计

摘 要:针对目前矿山地下排水、排泥系统相互分离的现状,确定了一种排水排泥分立系统合二为一的新方案,以优化排水、排泥系统,减少设备投资;确立了井下排水排泥系统的水泵选择方案及排泥量约束条件和计算方法,通过对排泥量与排水量的合理匹配,辅之以无底阀的引水方式,使水泵无论是单机工作还是联合工作,泵水系统总能工作在最高效率状态之下,最大限度地减少管网能耗,且便于实现井下排水系统的自动化控制.
Abstract: Nowadays pumping water and mud in underground mines is done in two separate systems. The authors presents an account of a new device which combines the pumping water and mud into one system, optimizes the process and reduces the equipment expenses. The method of adjusting the density of the mud to a proper state enables the pump to work most efficiently. The method of water filling without buttom valve saves energy. The new device makes the underground water pumping system easy to be controlled automatically.
