摘    要:研究了辉钼精矿在Na2CO3-Na2MoO4-Na2SO4体系的熔盐氧化过程,探索了不同工艺参数对钼的转化率和脱硫率的影响.结果表明,在熔盐组成为1∶1,配料比为1∶10,740℃,鼓风速度为5.95 L/min,鼓风时间为10 min的条件下,钼的转化率和脱硫率均可达99%以上.熔炼产物经水浸后,钼精矿中的钼和硫分别以Na2MoO4和Na2SO4形态进入溶液,以SO2形态进入熔炼尾气中的硫不超过总硫量的0.8%.

Abstract: The melting salt oxidation of molybdenite in Na2CO3-Na2MoO4-Na2SO4 system has been studied. The effect of processing parameters on the conversion ratio of molybdenum and sweetening ratio has been explored. The results express that, under the conditions of melting salt constitution 1∶1, burden ratio 1∶10, 740 ℃,the velocity of air blast 5.95 L/min, the time of air blast 10 min, the conversion ratio of molybdenum and sweetening ratio could reach over 99%. When melting products are leached with water, molybdenum and sulfur in the concentrate can be dissolved in the form of Na2MoO4 and Na2SO4 separately. The amount of sulfur in flue gas as the form of SO2 is less than 0.8% of total sulfur amount.
