铝产业链生态化低碳经济发展模式研究

摘 要:节约资源以谋求可持续发展,降低能消耗率以减少温室气体排放量,建设环境友好型社会已成为人们的共识这对研究高能耗高污染的铝产业走生态化低碳发展之路有着特别的现实意义文中首先对我国铝产业链现实情况及其存在问题进行了分析,在构建铝产业链生态化低碳发展理论模型的基础上,对中国铝业贵州分公司产业链进行了实证研究,提出科学地设计、按设计进行改造、加强企业管理、依靠科技创新、延长产业链,以实现铝产业链生态化低碳发展模式的结论。
Abstract: All countries are striving to build environment -friendly societies by conserving resources towards sustainable development and reduce energy consumption for less greenhouse gas emissions. It is of great practical significance for aluminum to practice a low-carbon development model. This article performs an empirical study on the industry chain of Guizhou Branch , Aluminum Corporation of China by constructing a theoretical model of low carbon aluminum industry based on analyzing the current problems of China’s aluminum industry chain. Some counter-measures including, aluminum industry transformation, enhancing corporation management, relying on scientific innovation, industry chain expansion, are put forward to realize the low carbon development model of aluminum industry chain.
