负载因素对液体静压导轨系统性能的影响

摘    要:从液体静压导轨系统全局的角度出发,研究负载因素对其性能的影响。利用液阻网络理论,综合考虑油液黏温效应,推导关联参数与负载因素之间的数学关系,建立基于关联参数的CFD求解计算模型;在不同负载因素条件下,根据摄动理论,使用Fluent动网格技术求解导轨系统的性能参数,进而研究其在脉冲载荷下的振动性能。研究结果表明:负载因素与初始压力比对导轨系统的性能参数产生影响,当负载比越大时,系统流量、固有频率和最大振幅就越小,同时阻尼与阻尼比就越大;系统刚度则主要随初始压力比增大先增大后降低,出现峰值;作为导轨系统重要设计参数,可以通过调整初始压力比来适应负载因素的变化,以达到更好的系统性能。

Abstract: The influences of load factor on the performance of hydrostatic guideway were studied within the whole system. Computational fluid dynamics model was established based on correlation parameters whose mathematical relationship related to load factor was deducted by the use of hydraulic resistance network theory and considering the viscosity temperature effect of oil fluid comprehensively. Performance parameters of the hydrostatic guideway system were solved using dynamic mesh technology of Fluent code based on perturbation theory under different load factor conditions, and then its vibration performance under impulse load was studied. The results show that load factor and initial pressure ratio have effect on the performance parameters of hydrostatic guideway. When the load ratio is larger, system damping coefficient and damping ratio are also larger while system flow rate, natural frequency and the maximum amplitude are smaller. The stiffness of the system increases firstly and then falls with the increase of the initial pressure ratio, and the peak value is emerged. As an important design parameter of hydrostatic guideway system, initial pressure ratio can be adjusted to adapt to the changes of load factor to seek even better performance of the system.
