摘 要:对小规格薄壁铝管盘拉过程影响游动芯头稳定性的主要因素进行了试验研究.结果表明,除了拉伸模具的结构尺寸和摩擦条件外,道次延伸系数和△D/△S之比值对游动芯头拉伸的稳定性也有重要影响.
Abstract: In this paper, the main factors influencing drawing stability in aluminium tube drawing processes with floating plugs are studied. The experiment results showed that the important factors influencing the stability of the drawing process were the reduction of a pass, and ratio of △D/△S, besides geometry of the dies and floating piugs, and friction condition.
