摘    要:在分析超分散剂的分子结构、链段、相对分子质量及其分散稳定性与作用机理的基础上,分2步合成了A-B嵌段的PSE系列超分散剂.应用所合成的超分散剂对SiO2微粉进行了分散稳定性研究,发现该超分散剂的分散稳定效果优于传统分散剂的分散稳定效果;它是一种非离子型分散剂,pH值、电解质等因素对其影响不大,当PSE质量浓度为100 mg/L时,分散效果最佳;以聚乙二醇为溶剂化链的超分散剂的分散稳定效果优于以聚丙烯酸为溶剂化链的超分散剂的分散稳定效果.

Abstract: Base on the analysis of the molecular structure, polymeric and molecular weight of hyperdispersants and its mechanisms of dispersion and stabilization, a series of A-block-B hyperdisper sants PSE were synthesized. The dispersion and stabilization behaviors of the ultra fine particles (silica) were studied by the hyperdispersants. The results show that the hyperdispersants PSE are efficient dispersants and affected little by the environment, and their influences on dispersion and stabilization of the silica particle are more efficient than those traditional dispersants, for the reason that the hyperdispersants not only increase the electrostatic repulsive energy and the steric repulsive energy, but also decrease the Van der Waals attractive energy. At the same time, the dispersion and stabilization behaviors of hyperdispersants with solvent segments, i.e. polyethylene glycol are more efficient than those whose solvent segments are poiyacrylic acid.
