摘    要:烧结过程异常状况的发生是影响烧结过程稳定运行的主要因素之一.为了准确诊断烧结过程的异常状况并及时消除异常,将数学模型、模糊技术和专家系统相结合,建立了烧结过程异常状况诊断专家系统,并应用于烧结生产过程的实时在线诊断;分析了烧结过程异常状况诊断的本质;通过知识获取,建立了烧结过程中出现的17种典型异常状况的表征现象集合,研究了烧结过程异常类型的模糊诊断模型;提出了将烧结异常诊断分为异常类型判断、异常原因分析和消除异常操作决策的总体方案;采用简化的黑板系统组织总体结构,用VC++语言开发了Windows平台的应用软件.在大型烧结机烧结过程的实际异常诊断上的应用结果表明,该系统具有很好的实时性和实用性,诊断和操作决策的准确率在85%以上.

Abstract: The abnormality is a main factor that affects sintering process.In order to diagnosis abnormalities in sintering process with accuracy and eliminate them in time,an expert system for diagnosing abnormalities in sintering process has been established on the basis of combining mathematical model and fuzzy logic with expert system,and successfully applied to sintering real-time diagnosis on-line. The results obtained are satisfying.In this paper,the essence of abnormality diagnosis in sintering process is analyzed,the evidence sets of 17 typical abnormalities in sintering process are investigated by the acquisition of knowledge.The fuzzy diagnosis model is studied,and the general diagnosis scheme and general structure of the simplified blackboard structure for diagnosing the abnormality type,cause and countermeasure are put forward.The software developed with Visual C++ programming language is successfully applied in on-line operate guiding of sintering process in a large plant, and the results prove that this expert system is good forreal-time application and practicality. The correctness rate of diagnosis and operation guiding is above 85%.
