钽的硬度、电阻和内耗与含氧量的关系

摘    要：测定了三种不同原料的钽丝,在不同含氧量时的硬度、电阻率和内耗,得到了一批数据,归出了与含氧量的关系式,也了解到氧在钽中分布的一些情况,对于原料不同造成的性能差异作了探讨。

Abstract: The hardness, resistivity and internal friction of tantalum wires which are made up of three kinds of Ta powders are measured under different oxygen contents. A lot of data have been obtained and their relationship has been regressed. Also the distribution of oxygen in tantalum is inferred. The difference of property which results from the composition of Ta powder is discussed.
