粉煤灰合成介孔分子筛SBA-15对Pb(Ⅱ)离子的吸附

摘    要:以粉煤灰为原料,采用碱熔融-水热法,在强酸性介质下,以EO20PO70EO20 (P123)为模板剂,制备高度有序的二维六方介孔分子筛SBA-15;采用3-氯丙胺盐酸盐(CPA)对分子筛SBA-15进行化学改性,获得氨基改性有序介孔分子筛SBA-15,记作NH2-SBA-15;最后,以含Pb2+重金属废水为目标污染物,采用静态吸附实验方法,研究NH2-SBA-15介孔分子筛的吸附性能及影响因素。研究结果表明:在本实验范围内,随着吸附时间、吸附剂用量和吸附温度的增加,Pb2+的去除率不断增大;Pb2+的吸附过程符合二级动力学模型;吸附等温线更加符合Langmuir等温线模型,在35 ℃时,饱和吸附量(Qm)可达116 mg/g。

Abstract: Mesoporous sieves SBA-15, with a high degree of order and two-dimensional hexagonal structure, were synthesized from fly ash with template agent EO20PO70EO20(P123) in strong acidic medium by using alkali-hydrothermal synthesis method. Modified SBA-15, called NH2-SBA-15, was synthesized through grafting amino group onto SBA-15 by using 3-Chloropropylamine hydrochloride (CPA). Finally, the adsorption performance and its influence factors of NH2-SBA-15 were discussed through static adsorption experiments which selected Pb2+ as target pollutants. The results show that with the increase of the time, adsorbent dosage and temperature, the removal percentage of Pb2+ increases. The kinetic processes of Pb2+ is fitted better with pseudo-second-order. The adsorption data of Pb2+ by NH2-SBA-15 is fitted better with Langmuir model, and the greatest adsorption capacity of Pb2+ is 116 mg/g at 35 ℃.
