钒对热处理双相钢相变组织的影响

摘 要:利用热膨胀法研究了含V双相钢和普通双相钢在连续冷却转变时的相变规律,并结合金相、硬度等分析测试方法对处理后的试样进行了组织和性能的分析与比较,从而得到了连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:V的加入使钢的CCT曲线明显右移,对珠光体及贝氏体的转变产生了抑制作用;扩大了产生马氏体的冷速范围,降低了奥氏体向马氏体转变的临界速度,从而提高了钢的淬透性。钒的加入还扩大了两相区温度范围,有利于热处理工艺的制定。
Abstract: Phase transformation pattern of vanadium-bearing dual-phase steel and plain dual-phase steel during continuous cooling was studied by dilatometry,and the CCT diagram was obtained by analyzing and comparing the structure and property combined with metallographic analysis and hardness measurement.The results showed that the addition of vanadium resulted the CCT curve significantly moved right,and the pearlite and banite transformation was inhibited,the martensite transformation region were enlarged,and the critical speed of austenite transformation to martensite decreased,thus improve the hardenability of steel.Finally,the dual-phase region was enlarged by addition of vanadium,which was beneficial to the establishment of heat treatment process.
